Boardwalk-access to harbour kept-indents into the envelope draw people into the urban interior spaces
Finer grain-addressing the city-flowing into it
evelope heights-graded towards the ocean to address the hills-peak towards the back of site, start to reduce again towards waters edge
topography- cutting/slicing of envelopes in the horizontal plane creates varying topographies which create urban interiors between evelopes and also link; outdoor open spaces, inhabitable poche, adjoining urban interiors, in some cases over multiple levels.
